After a wonderful Sicilian research visit in October last year, we were enthused to present our first tasting of Sicilian wines. At Slow Food Brisbane on February 7 we held Sicily: Antipasti e Vino; the antipasti capably made by Biagio Biuso from Biagio’s restaurant in Red Hill, Brisbane.

2011 Tour Report | Edition One | December 2011

Read about Uncorked and Cultivated’s inaugural Italy Wine & Food tour.  Thirteen Australians took off from Rome in their Mercedes mini-bus late September, destination Siena. The next ten days were a slowly-paced revelation through Montalcino, Chianti Classico and Rufina, Florence and Alba.
