We are regular hosts to Italian tours; with two in 2013, Tuscany–Piemonte and afterwards Sicily. Guests get to know their coach drivers, see starred chefs serve their plates, have winery owners and guides make them welcome and discover quality views from their hotel suites.

After a wonderful Sicilian research visit in October last year, we were enthused to present our first tasting of Sicilian wines. At Slow Food Brisbane on February 7 we held Sicily: Antipasti e Vino; the antipasti capably made by Biagio Biuso from Biagio’s restaurant in Red Hill, Brisbane.
