Clients receiving Peter Scudamore-Smith's viticultural advice expect to have high performing vineyards and quality grapes harvested.
This results from regular and consistent briefings of the management and winemakers in contract wineries, and regular reviewing of wines during maturation and prior to blending and bottling by on-site co-ordination. This high expectation of some wineries' services has resulted in a greater skills level and improved wine production facilities and processes in several Queensland wine regions since Uncorked and Cultivated was established.
